We are a team that brings together pedagogy, psychology, social management, and communication to transform reading into a habit and self-esteem into the future. On a daily basis, we visit schools, train facilitators, assess reading comprehension, and monitor results with a human touch and technical rigor. Every child matters – and so does every piece of data.
Patricia Nogueira - President and creator of the project
A psychologist and social entrepreneur, Patrícia developed, alongside the pedagogical team, an approach that combines a curated collection of books, reading mediation, and comprehension assessment with merit-based recognition. With 20 years at the Institute, she coordinates training sessions, monitors indicators, and ensures that every step is simple, welcoming, and effective for both the school and the student.
Throughout this journey, Patrícia helped turn a concern into a methodology and a family legacy into a concrete presence within the public school system. Her work combines the sensitivity to listen to the needs of each context with the resolve to sustain a consistent approach over time.
It is from this combination that the Institute's brand is born: reading with method, affection, and a real commitment to the future of every child.
